Health IT Education

Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute and Regenstrief Institute are offering three continuing education classes starting June 15th (for ~10 weeks). Each class is intended to offer practical, ready-to-use value where health IT and research overlap. Classes offered include Public Health IT, Quality Improvement & Terminology in Health Care and Public Health Settings. More information can be found below and on the registration page here.

 If you’re interested in participating in this education opportunity, it is requested that:

  1. Indiana CTSI tracks all other CTSA sites that do partner to offer these classes to your staff.
  2. You provide a certificate of completion from your local CTSA. Lists of people and their attendance record can be requested to determine what merits a completion mark.
  3. You send out a notice to your CTSA staff of the continuing education opportunity (see below).

Credit: Determined by local CTSA. Talk to your supervisor on whether these classes count as work time or are independent continuing education opportunities. 
*Please be certain to sign up for the class with the correct CTSA program name entered (Example: IU CTSI, OSU CCTS, Duke CTSA).
